Return & Cancellation Policy

Because each piece of Nopher’s furniture is handcrafted to your specifications, we have a strict but fair return and cancellation policy to reflect the custom nature of our business.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund before signing the final confirmation document. Once you have approved your final specifications and signed the confirmation, the order is considered final, and production will begin. After this point:

  • No cancellations are allowed after confirmation

  • Minor edits may be possible within 24–48 hours after confirmation, but not guaranteed

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges except in rare cases of damage during shipping.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photo documentation is required

  • If approved, we may issue store credit or arrange a replacement at our discretion

We do not accept returns or offer store credit for:

  • Aesthetic dissatisfaction (e.g., color tone, size perception)

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer

We always aim to work with our customers when issues arise, but due to the custom nature of our work, we reserve the right to decline refunds or exchanges for any reason.

Terms & Conditions

By using this website and placing an order with Nopher’s Luxury Furniture, you agree to the following terms.

Custom Product Finalization

All of our furniture is custom-made and built to your specifications. Once you complete your order, we will reach out to confirm all details: size, fabric, tone, layout, and shipping.

A confirmation document or email will be sent with everything in writing. Once signed:

  • Your order becomes final and non-refundable

  • Production begins immediately and cannot be paused or reversed

Fabric and Color Disclaimer

We strive to provide accurate images and samples, but due to variations in lighting, photography, and digital screens, actual colors and textures may vary slightly from what is seen online.

We are not responsible for customer dissatisfaction related to color tone, texture, softness, or other visual elements if the product matches the specifications in the signed confirmation.

We strongly encourage customers to send inspiration photos, swatches, and room photos — we’re happy to help ensure the best match possible.

Production and Lead Time

Once confirmed, production begins within 24–48 hours and typically takes less than two weeks. This time may vary slightly depending on material availability or high-volume seasons.

We reserve the right to delay production if final customization details are not confirmed by the customer in a timely manner or for any other reason.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

All shipments are handled by third-party carriers such as FedEx, DHL, or others. We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Ground Shipping: $299.99

  • Express Air Shipping: $499.99

Once the item is shipped, a tracking number will be provided to the customer. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed off to the carrier.

We are not liable for delays, mishandling, or damages caused by shipping providers, though we will assist you in filing claims or resolving issues to the best of our ability.

Customers in Houston, TX may arrange for local pickup. However, shipping fees still apply due to packaging and handling procedures.

Delayed Delivery

If you are not ready to receive your order, please inform us before production is complete or before shipping. We are happy to accommodate reasonable delivery delays upon request.

Customer Rights and Consumer Protections

Nopher’s Luxury Furniture is committed to complying with all applicable consumer protection laws, including but not limited to:

  • The Federal Trade Commission Act (FTC Act)

  • The Texas Deceptive Trade Practices–Consumer Protection Act (DTPA)

  • The E-SIGN Act for digital approvals and confirmations

Customers are entitled to fair communication, clear descriptions, and access to their order information. You may contact us at any time to request a copy of your signed confirmation or ask questions about your rights.

We will not retaliate against any consumer who raises concerns or files complaints. We strive to resolve all issues professionally and respectfully.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including photos, branding, product designs, copywriting, and layout — is the intellectual property of Nopher’s Luxury Furniture and may not be used without written consent.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal disputes or proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
