This secures your piece and lets us begin preparing for your custom experience. Payment is made upfront but remains fully refundable until we finalize your design.
If you’d like to speak with us before committing, we also offer complimentary consultations — just schedule a time that works for you, and we’ll walk through your ideas together.
Within 24–48 hours of your order, we’ll personally reach out using your preferred method of communication. This is where the creative process begins. You’re welcome to choose fabrics and finishes directly from our collection, or share inspiration from your home — wall colors, other furniture, or specific tones you love. We’ll guide you through your options, send photo samples for approval, and help you visualize the final piece.
Most materials and design options are included in the price. For specialty requests, such as premium imported fabrics, a small upcharge may apply — but we’ll always be transparent and never profit from the upgrade. This process is collaborative, personal, and tailored entirely around your needs, so you can dream big — and we’ll take care of the details.

Build it.
Once we’ve finalized your custom selections, you’ll receive a detailed confirmation document outlining everything we’ve discussed — including your preferred fabric, sizing, finishes, and shipping method. This is your opportunity to review the full vision on paper and ensure everything feels perfect.
Once you approve and sign the confirmation, your piece moves into production and the order becomes final and non-refundable. At this point, the materials are sourced, the design is locked in, and our workshop begins bringing your vision to life. While we can sometimes accommodate small changes after confirmation, they are not guaranteed — so we always encourage open dialogue during the design stage.
Each Nopher’s piece is handcrafted from the ground up using high-quality materials and artisan-level attention to detail. Your item will be completed in less than two weeks, carefully constructed with both beauty and longevity in mind.
Throughout the process, we remain available if you have questions or need updates. From concept to craftsmanship, we take pride in building not just furniture, but lasting pieces of art made just for you.

Live it.
Once your custom piece is complete, we’ll prepare it for delivery with the same level of care that went into its creation. You’ll receive an email with full tracking information and carrier details, so you’ll always know where your order is and when to expect it.
We offer two flat-rate shipping options to fit your timeline: standard ground delivery at $299.99 or express air shipping at $499.99. Both methods are fully insured and handled by trusted carriers like FedEx or DHL. Your furniture will arrive safely packaged and delivered to your door — ready to transform your space.
If you’re located in Houston, local pickup is available by request. However, due to handling and preparation, shipping rates remain the same.
Not ready to receive your order right away? No problem. We understand that timing is everything. If you need to delay production or delivery for any reason, just let us know before your piece ships — we’re happy to accommodate your schedule.
